Well, there is Super Luigi Galaxy.
Unfortunately, its only available if you complete Super Mario Galaxy.

A storyline for a second Luigi game can be directly taken from the Super Luigi books in Paper Mario:TTYD. All they have to do is make a game out of it!

I think there should be a Paper Luigi, that'd be awesome. I'd also like another Luigi's Mansion. The first one was so much fun.
i agree with making a 2nd LM and a paper luigi would be great i hope it wont be like SPM TTYD was soo much better
I do think that there is potential for Luigi, but given the mixed success of LM, I'm not sure Nintendo has figured out how best to use their mascot's taller brother.
