No, it's not a good "Pot" bet. The pot is worth less then the overall investment.

I actually tried one of them betting things for ebay you send in 10 bucks and they put your name in for a draw you could win money, a ps3 or ps3 games, I ended up winning 20 bucks lol so I made 10 bucks instead of winning the ps3

Not in the eyes of a poker player.
When you don't have overwhelming odds the only time you should enter a bet is when your likely odds beat the invesment needed to win the "pot" and usually by a decent amount.
Since the "Pot" a Wii = 250... and it costs $10 for a 1 in 45 shot...
$450>$250 makes it a bad bet.
