According to cheapassgamer they will honor everyone who ordered in time for the 299 price.....including me. Ill be pissed if they dont.



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Since my thread got locked about how many were sold for no apparent reason here is the infro from CAG:

2100 Elites sold in an hour.

The crazy deal that they had going on today looks to have netted 2100 sales in about an hour. Some of the people had there orders changed to the old price it would seem if they were processing them at the last minute, but the ones that got in on the price drop beforehand there orders will be honored it would seem. I believe this says a bit about a price drop and the 360. Anyhow, not sure if VGC covers the online area but they may want to check into this for the week.

The sale is still going, I called customer service and confirmed. They pulled the online prompt because (per customer service) the sale doesnt officially start until tomarrow. They gave my buddy a confirmation code to ensure he could get the advertised $299 price. You just cant see it online anymore. Hopefully the Customer Service Department wasnt giving us bum scoop, but they ensured they have plenty, and should give you a confirmed code. Just FYI.

Nice. If I didn't have an elite ... I'd be all over this! Hell, I might be all over this just to sell it for a small profit!

I just checked around on a few other forums and I'm hearing the $299 deal was a mistake but they will honor all sales. It was actually supposed to be $399 and it should be starting today or tomorrow.
