Microsoft is dropping it big time.

Ok, it's happening. Now the only question is what the effect will be. I say it'll move 30k+ a week more in North America (the only place getting the cut, right?)

Finally, more evidence.

Sadly it's more evidence that the Arcade will be the only SKU receiving a price drop, as this is the second screenshot that makes no mention of the Pro and ELite.

I was wondering about the other SKUs as well.  If they entered the Arcade price drop in the system , they should have entered the others as well.  Maybe they are not dropping at the same time.

I saw the news on G4TV that all the different consoles will recieve a price drop.

If you read the original thread with the first picture you would see the same guy said he looked up the Elite and saw the price drop for that as well.

I'm sure they will drop as well.

Curiously though, notice how this pic has a from and to date. Though I can't read the year on the to date. 9/7/2008 to 9/1/20??. Can anyone tell what it says?
