In terms of technology....Super Mario Galaxy. This isn't even a competition right now. No other Wii game makes use of the TEV in the Wii like Galaxy does (actually only a few other games use it at all). Many of the modern shading techniques used on PC's and the HD console was used in Galaxy and it ran in progressive scan at 60 fps with zero slowdown.

Artistically, there are several including the above named title.

Super Mario Galaxy, easily. And it has an amazing soundtrack too.

Devs should be pushing the Wii like Nintendo.

I say it still holds up. Production values baby! It's easily the best looking cube game too. Better then TP for sure.
