I read somewhere (& I'm really hoping it wasn't from one of those mock spring update lists) that you could delete games from your gamertag if you had unlocked no achievements for the game. Is this true?

It was from one of those mock spring update lists. Hopefully it will be one of the smaller features in the new Fall update. I want it too....

 Yes, you can. But it will cost you 800 MS Points ($10 dlls).
