Really?  What's your business plan for allowing a cheaper less profitable alternative to the entire population of PS3 owners when maybe 10% of PS3 owners can't currently purchase online content and probably 1% would?

I would hazard a guess that the percentage of people that can't buy stuff on the PSN is a lot higher than 10%. Think of all the kids who's parents don't want to spend money on their credit/debit card to buy their kid a $9 game, think of all the people who don't even have credit cards. Putting PSN games on Blu Ray discs wouldn't be all that expensive, bundling them on a disc and charging $60 per volume would make them more money. You're opening yourself up to a new market and you are increasing the possibility of actually selling these games by putting them in a physical format.

I think this would discourage people from buying the game on PSN. Sony will make more money through digital distribution than by selling at retail. Would you buy this disc if your already owned 1 or 2 of the games on it? Why would you buy a PSN game if you thought it would eventually release on Blu-ray?

if you delete it then you can dl it again. It's up to 5 installs in different places.

aside from the fact that people would get stuck with paying for titles they don't want in order to get the titles they do its a decent idea.

It would be much better if the psn cards were available in more countries.
