Forums - Gaming - Who here has a Nintendo Wii and does NOT want any HD Consoles?

The PS3 line-up just doesn't justify purchasing the system at this time.
As for the Xbox360, both my sister and I agree that we do not want to own a gaming console made by Microsoft, regardless of how great a software line-up it has.

I'm just waiting to win the lottery.. then I'll just buy every console in existence and buy some property on the moon.

Want them enough to buy them? No.

I wouldn't turn my nose up if an HD console fell into my lap, though. I'm quite content with my Wii. Between retail Wii games, used GC games, and downloadable games, I've bought 45 games for it so far. Owning more platforms would murder my wallet.

I have a 360 and a Wii and I'm thinking about giving the 360 to my dad. My 360 has been nothing but disappointments since I got it in 360.

Pixel Art can be fun.

this is a dumb question. Of course no one is going to deny a free ps3 or 360.

But since i'm not made of money i am completely fine with just my wii and the games i have and are coming out.

1.- Everyone should WANT every console. Such is human nature. The question being whether or not you could afford it, or whether it's really worth it to you. 2.- If you could get all of the consoles for free, you'd have to be an idiot to turn them down (even if you couldn't sell them right back).

1.- Explain why? D:

2.- I would turn down a free PS3/360 for three reasons: - I wouldn't buy games for them - I'm sure all my attention would be going to my Wii - And because of the aforementioned, they would be just a waste of space in my room.

To answer the original topic question: Me.

I wouldn't mind a PS3 for Ratchet, Prince of Persia, an occasional sports game, Blu Ray and the media center functionality. But then I wouldn't have money for more Wii games (I'm already several behind where I would like to be, but home improvements have been the priority lately.

Tell that to Kaz... I imagine he'd say he'd take a bullet to the head before accepting a Wii

I do have a PS3, though mainly because my brother wanted one.  If it was completely my decision, I'd wait for the price to go down until getting one (the library isn't that appealing to me yet).  Of course I would eventually get a PS3 either way, since I'd be missing out on too many games otherwise (I dislike Microsoft, would avoid getting a 360 if possible).  If I could only have one console, I'd stick with the Wii.

Me, I guess. The HD line-up generally doesn't appeal to me, and those few that do are almost always available on the PC too, so...yeah.
