Wow... Squeenix sure has fallen low... very very very very very very very very very very very very very low. That's "we want quick cash" at its finest. I hope they are not rotten that badly, because I still want a good FFvXIII/FFXII.
When is the big announcement meant to be, tomorrow?
I'm always one for everyone games, but I don't get a feeling that this is a good everyone game. I get a feeling that this is one of those me too late games. A game like this would have been better to fill the drought first year. The IP while a classic I think is a little old. If there was already a resurrection of the Peanuts then that would be another thing.
I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I really feel that this one is a SE shovel ware. For those that still love Snoopy then I'm sure this will be a great game. I'm sure the mini games will be fine and work very well. I just think that most of us are past the compilation years. Those are already out.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
Imagine their next big announcement was a game like this - I'd bet massive panic would erupt, over Square Enix for abandoning the hardcore. I look forward to it!

The Wii now is about as old as the PSP was when it exploded in sales, so the gap is going to start closing pretty fast. If the Wii doesn't start showing increases YoY, it won't even last a year!

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
