I remember when they first launched the Wii there was talk of many different colours.

I'm guessing the coloured Wiis were intended to be released by Nintendo after a few months when they expected to see Wii sales slow down.

I'm wondering what's going to happen when new colours and a price drop come!

I'd still love a red Wii.

Yeah, Ninty will make them. You can always mod your Wii case if you want red, that or a good paint job will work :)

Maybe this holiday in Japan and sometime next year in the rest.

Japan's supply has met demand a long time ago. They are still selling very well, but, if DS showed anything, its that there is a lot to be gained by selling in pink. I bet we see a black, blue, and/or pink Wii in Japan by end of year.

I'm thinking next year they come out with a black Wii. Then have red, blue, and green all out by holiday 2010. Actually instead of green they'll probably have pink, I said green because of the picture posted.
