Let's wait until everything is back to normal next month when the stocks are all full, then we can see if the US value add is going to affect each one in the long term

We get 80GB PS3, 2 every week and sell out as fast as the Wii.
The 360 20GB model is on clearance. Not hard to see why we're seeing the numbers that we have.

don`t know why,
but 399$ costing 40GB was on pair with 349$ costing x360 20GB model,
but somehow 80GB model for 399$ OWNS 60GB x360 model at 349$.)

It`s all about games, and PS3 will own this Christmas.)
RPG is a good thing, but it`s hard to say, will that have any effect on rpg crowd.)

2009.04.30 - PS3 will OUTSELL x360 atleast by the middle of 2010. Japan+Europe > NA.


Gran Turismo 3 - 1,06 mln. in 3 weeks with around 4 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.

Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.

 

1.8 mln. PS3 today(2008.01.17) in Japan. Now(2009.04.30) 3.16 mln. PS3 were sold in Japan.
PS3 will reach 4 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 25k.

PS3 may reach 5 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 50k.

 Far cry 2 is also October for the ps3.  I think with the new 80GBs, a lot of ps2 owners will make the switch.  Sony has 5 of there games coming out in October MS2, LBP, Socom, NBA 09, and Singstar 2 and the R2 first week of Nov.

I think todays situation wont last more than a month. PS3 is gonna take the lead again, untill the holidays...

obviously not, as the ps3 has already over taken the 360 in those 2 regions! just america to go now! they have nother 5+ years to do it

also it doesnt matter if the 360 outsells the ps3 by say 200 k this months because come chrismas, the ps3 is going to outsell the 360 by 1 million or maybe even more! why? because of europe!
