Now I wonder if the 500,000 include 360, PC and PS3.... In any case, it's still a great number for the first week

500k must be retailer pre-orders. According to VGC, it sold less than 70k in NA last week for the 360, but it was the number one 360 title. It is only available for 360 and PC right now, with a PS3 release later this year, according to the article.

This has to be the case.  Why can't they be more clear and say, "from retailers."

500k is counting PC sales and counting Europe.

They quoted us for the ranking in the NA chart not the actual sales number I think.

It's actually a press release from Codemasters themselves, which is even better.

I doubt PC sales and Europe combined would make 430,000 units.

Yeah, that is amazing. GAME DEVELOPERS are already citing VGChartz. I thought it would be months if not years before that happened! Kudos to Ioi.
