I'm going to go on the high side and say 22-23m as well. The holiday season is ridiculous for game consoles, and the PS3 will likely move 4-5million over the course of late nov-early jan alone.

I saw the Microsoft thread about how much it will sell and most ppl were predicting that it will sell like 6-7 million from now till the end of the year. So I would put it at 21-22mil. I don't see the 360 outselling the PS3 by a big margin (if it does outsell the PS3) especially because of Japan and Others.
