..although in a slightly different line of thought..I'd love them to by the license for a game based on the film "Gremlins" and use the Pikmin engine (with Pikmin style gameplay..but instead of saving parts and repairing things ala Pikmin... they have to set traps, cause things to malfunction etc).

I would have to go with an updated version of Chrono Trigger... keep with the turn based fighting.

I think now with the WiiWare service, Nintendo can 'catch' some good new designers/storymen and hire them to design new stuff.

The older, well-known 3rd-P franchises are not the most promising, and they still own the best one imo (Zelda).

What will make a big difference is on the new talents. And I believe Nintendo feels that.

I'd steal LBP from Sony and put it on the Wii, coming out this fall to go along with storage solution and an expanded online network :D

Sin and Punishment. Shouldnt really be a sequal more like a larger remake explaining everything better, More missions before the game starts and more missions after the game ends, make it at least 3x as long and seperate it into chapters for people who prefer it short for highscores and replayability's sake.

I would say either LBP, Kingdom Hearts, Chrono Trigger or Banjo Kazooie
