PS3 sales should be back up again next week by the sounds of it then, Wii sales are still huge and 360 still reaping benefit of price cut

People were talking of the PS3 beating the 360 in NA this number week because the 80GB was in stock all of this number week.

Wouldn't surprise me - especially after the fiscal debacle last year.

They only shipped 1.6m last qrt - with the qrt having GTA, GT:P & MGS. I wouldn't be surprised to see them ship 1.5-2m this qrt (new model), leaving 7m shipments for the last 6 months of the fiscal year.

5.5m Xmas qrt, and 1.5m final qrt (including flushing out extra units over Xmas qrt).

I have to think this is the "consolidation" year for Sony & PS3 - they will be hoping the PSP takes the mantle this year.

Ummm, no the PS3 does not have any shortages in Europe. And it's not whooping this week, it's getting whooped.



Huh. Who would've thought that beggining anew in my real life would coincide with starting anew on vgchartz?

Any day now, the dollar will be worth less than 2 zloty......any day now.....and my life savings will be in total jepordy ;(.

No one cares about the bundles. The MGS4 boost is done. People are going to hold off until the new SKU is released. Which goes to show you with 150 Million PS2's sold BC is not important.

So BIG 80GB resupply by July 23th had NO effect? REally?
I mean, it was in stock on amazon since 23th, while some weeks before it was getting sold out very fast.)

I wonder, why MGS4 bundle was on 3rd place there, maybe because it`s NOT popular, yeah..
