You know what, I only own a Wii and a PC but I am quite fine with the idea of not porting games that don't fit.

I would rather have them do a spinoff in 2D or lower-res 3D (or nothing at all) than try to capture SFIV on Wii.

forget SFIV I'd much rather Marvel vs Capcom 3, all I ask is for 2d and new sprites not just rehashes, and new sub-costumes not just reskins and pallete swaps.

i am beginning to get annoyed with capcom, if they wanna do SFVI on wii they should do it, there is always "if" to everything for wii from them, like if game x sells you get game y.

I reckon we'll see one at some point as Wii support is really stepping up a notch in Japan and Capcom needs more than MH3 to offer them (I see Spyborgs being aimed at the West more than Japan and Neopets for younger audience).

I think the Wii hasn't seen the end of Resident Evil and Street Fighter just yet.
