GW2 only 25,000 1st week....!?

I'm not sure how top titles sell but I would be thinking more 100,000+ or am I crazy? I know a couple of people who're actually buying a 360 for this game!

If you don't know how top titles sell, then you should read the charts I do every week :)

At any rate, XBLA sales for games are MUCH slower, and longer than traditional boxed games at retail. N+ which is the biggest-selling game of the year has already sold 10 times as many units as it did it's first week on market, which is comparible to games like Brain Training, on a smaller scale.

The biggest game of the year (in terms of first month), Rez HD sold under 100,000 units it's first entire month. Even then poorest-selling game on XBLA sees a 2.5x multiplier from it's first week to first month - while most games are in the 4-6x area.

So GeoWars 2 could sell much more. But with the higher pricetag, I just don't think it's going to sell THAT great. I wouldn't be surprised if it sold 30,000-35,000 first week and then sold upwards of 125,000 in it's first month. GeoWars will have a great, long run. But it won't sell everything it can in 2-3 weeks on market.

I'm ready for Castle Crashers.

Ok I believe you guys I will download it right now...Also does someone have 1942 Joint strike and Ikaruga ? I have them both but would like to play it with someone.

I am not good at it though (I even lost all my continues in the first level of Ikaruga then I found out you could change your shield...Lolz).
