ratchet and clank is way better than jak and daxter, i really like the ratchet games and after playing everyone finishing them all of challenge mode i cant tell u how awesome the game is, however i never really like jak and daxter had the first one and well never got round to finishing it, so i prefer ratchet and clank perhaps because ratchet and clank remind me off the ever so great crash bandicoot games

Both have their pros and cons:

Jak series:
*Better story
*Better character development
*Dark humour
*More serious
*Better minigames/gameplay additions

Ratchet series:
*Better weapons and gadgets
*Better locations and levels
*Better overall humour
*More childish
*Clank levels are better than Daxter levels

The two are both equally good as each other. I still go for R&C though, lol.

i like the jak games more

Jak games are better. I love them all...

ratchet definietly . r and c 3 on ps2 was my fav game on ps2 and tod was also brilliant and prbs my fav singleplayer game. Quest for booty looks amazing also. I bought jak 2 and just did not like it at all, the way he moved the difficulty of it no def not jak imo. Jak x demo was alrite but noweher near the excellence of ratchet!

I havent played Jak so i really dont know altough Ratchet is fun.
