halo is a MS IP. NO way for PS3.
^imo thats a good thing. Halo 4 is just stupid. THey destroyed the halo's thus destroying the name halo and ending the series. BUT not masterchief, if they call the game something else than it could go to ps3. Not that anybody cares.

again the name wouldnt fit. They discover the halo's in halo 1. If they make a story about someone else than masterchief than maybe they could call it Halo zero.

So they can completely deny Bungie any right to put games on Sony or Nintendo platforms at all.

It was part of their agreement when Bungie wanted to go independent. They mostly wanted it so they had more freedom to make what they wanted, not so much to develop for other platforms. The only thing they're never allowed to make for another system is Halo, unless they get the explicit 'ok' from Microsoft.
I think everyone of us has not the real idea. We don't know the contracts, so we can just speculate. But we know, Halo will not go multiplat.
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
It's obviously not going to the PS3 because Microsoft ordered Bungie not to reveal their new IP - it's owned by Microsoft.

That was just their new Halo Game. They still have 2 other projects they are working on other than that.
Please Bungie, make another Oni! Everyone would hate you, but I would love you!
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
