I don't understand why this forum doesn't have one. I imagine it would be quite easy to implement and it could help stop a lot of arguments by blocking comments from fanboys, trolls etc. If an admin could let me know whether or not this feature is in development or will be soon, I'd appreciate it.

You don't have to block people if you don't want to. Some of us don't want to read inane posts and see the forum degrade into constant fanboy trolling/arguing.
