it really depends on the game. a game like Zelda, I try to finish it, after that do unlockables then I get bored. usually I restart a game a few years later. a game like Mario Party or any other party game.... a few days.

Depending the game, played once final fantasy 7 for 8 hours straight and beat i like 20 times.
In WoW, my main, UD Rogue Zenfoldor Sargeras, had 148 days played, real time. My total characters played time was just over 200 days, 2 level 70's and a ton of alts. Account still active, haven't logged in, in 6 months, still frequent guild forums. Seriouscat.net.
So, just over 200 days of real time is the longest it's ever taken me to get bored.
The quickest I've ever gotten bored is 5 minutes. The game, God of Puzzle 2.

It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.

NO NO, NO NO NO.
As soon as I finish the game for first time I stop playing it...unless that game has some replayability value (for example New Game +).
Depends what games it is. if its a wrestling game then i can play it for hours on end, when i was a kid i played WCW mayhem almost everyday for a couple of hors without fail for well over a year
