I have a genius plan. All we need is a few computers, a warehouse, some guys who know a bit about making video games. This is the plan.

1) We create a make believe game studio and man it with a dozen or so workers. Put up pc's and white boards etc make it look the real deal. 

2) We create a few maps and 3d models. A few CGI scenes and few other bits and pieces that we can make cut and paste and change from other games.

3) We announce we are making a huge killer exclusive for the PS3 that will unleash the power of the cell and make the 360 look like a little helpless wuss and this game will be the game of all games. It will be like Damien from Omen, it will be so good, the Devil will feel the heat!

4) MS will eventually approach us and ask us to make the title multi platform. We take the money and go away. This way, Sony wont lose out, MS will be happy that no one gets the title and we can all retire :)

Of course you might spend some time in jail and be in massive debt after being sued, but other then that it sounds good.

you all do realize that companies such as M$ would do background checks first before doing any business with any company or game developer? they would probably go through business permits, financial reports, registrations, blah blah blah...

Microsoft are not stupid and they would not fall for such a stupid scam.

People, this is only a vague blue print. Financial records and references can be made up. All you need is ohshore accounts and some of my close friends to put large some of their pocket money into an account for a short period to show we have capital to work with.

As long as people we know what we are doing and we play to MS's wants and needs, they will fall for it. It's like the TV program HUSTLE. You set things up so you give the greedy person what they want. They don't care about anything else and you make one good exit strategy and one good contingency plan. It's as easy as that :p

besides, not that I would really do this, although I would love to. Just as I would love to own a Batmobile, walk around in black spandex and not be laughed at and be married to Salma Hayek, Shakira, Angelina Jolie, Priyanka Chopra and Aisha Takia. It's just dreams and hopes and the look on MS's face.

As for serving time, yes, you would serve time if you get caught! by the time MS realises what's happened we would be in Dubai where no one can touch us... or Cuba or somewhere :p Those dumb enough to stay behind can do at their own will :p
