Yea so was Sony with the Dualshock for awhile. With all the appeals Nintendo will get with this and the more than likely ability to strike a deal with the company who will get large profits if the appeal doesn't work, this will never come to fruition.

This must be about that Anascape lawsuit... no name company tries to sue and whatnot and court gives it to fight bigger companies. Classic.
