I think there should be some way to appeal against a ban. Sometimes a comment can be misunderstood or taken out of context, resulting a ban. And at the risk of a (3rd) ban myself, some mods here have itchy trigger fingers....thats all im saying.

An appeal system would be nice because a ban instantly stops you from doing anything on the site (messaging, commenting, posting in the forums) so theres no way to fight your corner

If mods perma-ban someone that person just keeps creating new accounts. IP bans do not work lots of gaming sites can not be bothered using IP bans, there are so many ways around them.
