Is it really good news that in America it did almost the total of last weeks sales? Or is it saying how bad it's doing worldwide? You be the judge.

 
LOL. You'll see. Have you not noticed even in these forums since E3 the amount of people jumping in? The drop helped, but Netflix is major in America for Live and the JRPG's no doubt will sell it to alot more this fall.

 

 

 

So your saying when netflix launches.... months from now if not more, 360 will see a boost? While at the same time, Sony is adding their library of thousands and thousands of movies to the PSN? Because you do remember that Sony owns the rights to like half the movies in the world...

And this from the same guy who says Home won't sell any consoles? Dude, get real. Netflix isn't going to make anyone buy a 360 because I can get the same service with a hell of a lot more movies I might add, without having to shell out $300 (correction: $480 cause I have to buy their overpriced HDD) for a console + $50/year for LIVE. Home might make someone buy a console (very unlikely, but not impossible) but there's no way in hell anyone is going to buy a console so they can get a gimped netflix service.

OT: congrats to the 360.

 LOL! 22 months? Is that why in 7 months Ps3 went from a 7.8 mil behind to 4 mil behind? (Shipped vs Shipped here with all these adjustments and such I'm gonna go with shipped numbers)

Do the math.  At 50,000 a week it will take 22 months for it to make a difference of 4.5 million.  And I thought it only outsold the 360 by 1.4 million during the year.

My my how the PS3 crowd has gotten brash. The funny thing is I remember the same thing being said about the PS3 by the Sony fanboys when it first passed the 360 worldwide. How the tables have turned. But it still goes to show that fanboys everywhere will always celebrate when their systems do well. And they should... I just find it ironic.

It may beat the PS3 for a few weeks because of the price drop, but the ps3 will gain back its momentum.
