Yes and no. I use an ethernet cable whenever I have it in my room because I get better performance out of a wired connection than a wireless one. When I'm in the living room where our HDTV is, I use wireless because we're having a hard time running an ethernet cable through the attic and into the living room so it won't look trashy. Our internet provider (AT&T) provides wireless routers by default, so I've been pretty much using it since the start.

Free internet was the rave for me back then. But now im using a DSL wireless router and getting all the way from my living room, kinda sucks when the Router %$#@ up for no reason though.

no, I bought 2 50 ft wire and link it up with my router.

Of course I used it from day one. What kind of poll is this? Only people who 'claim' they rather use wired network are.... well, you know what i'm going to say. ;)

Yes i use WiFi -- took me 3 - 4 days to get it working... the damn thing didn't like my old router ( i had to disable the security - re-enable it, open and shut certain ports... was weird... but i finally got it to work )

Most of you are a might odd in my view. While I have no problem using wifi for a temporary connection, if I want a dependable connection I use a wire.
