Considering how fragile Master Chief was in the first Halo I would have to say that Samus would demolish him.

 i think you would have made your point better if you used samus instead of spider man

Anyway,even if I don't like the Halo and Metroid series very much,I have to say that even if Samus side could looks like a easy pick because all the technology that she has,don't forget that Master Chief is a hero,and in a battle he could find the way to defeat her,or even more appealing...make Samus fall in love with him...and transport their batlle to a bedroom T_T

^^^Maybe you're right. With a good writer, Batman can beat anybody. Realistcally though, what chance does the world's greatest detective, and arguably best trained fighter have against a guy who can pick up a truck, move fast enough to dodge bullets, and has super human agility? My heart (and Box Office) says Batman. My head says Spider-Man/Samus.
