It actually did pretty damn well, it's a top ten title if you include 200k+ games from the bundled edition.

not bad, second best ps3 first month beaten only by gta4, that's very good considering gta4 appeals to more gamers.

It did do very well. I believe it did better than both MGS 2 and 3.

halo 3 was extremely hyped everywhere in usa not so much by people,but major companies...it was more like a celebration if you asked me.....business companies all over manhatten had ridiculously huge posters of halo 3 up.....
