R&D probably due to the new Dashboard update and infrastructure improvement they have been doing during the past few months.

That also couple with the cost of Danger acquisition and heavily advertisement for GTAIV.

Minus all that Xbox 360 actually sold double what they did prior year (same quarter) according to report and EDD revenue is actually increase but the expense is greater than income so net lost for EDD.

Microsoft stock closed up a bit but after market trading they lost 1.56 per share or 6%. All tech stocks are getting hammer because of the report weakness especially after Google and eBay report missing target earning.

I was hoping my Microsoft share would at least go up ... so far only tech company that is making me any money is Apple. (Go iPhone!)
