Since i don't think it's fair to count Ogre Battle, Tactics Ogre, Final Fantasy 6 or Chrono Trigger, since they were all 4th generation ports.

glad I'm not the only one, i really enjoyed this game, I did everything in this game, even listing the items for each village to find out the cheapest... and got 999 coins where it could not go any higher... I loved that game!
