Forums - Nintendo - Who is excited for a Kingdom Hearts game with Motion Plus?

Technically only the past KH games and in production KH games are collaborations, since Disney does own the IP they could just as easily make their own KH game without any help from S-E so yes they could say screw you Square, which is the point I'm making. Cause everyone is saying S-E somehow owns KH which they don't... yes it wouldn't be the same game without Square it would most likely go way down hill, but if Disney really wanted to they could take it, they most likely won't and don't care to but no one seems to know what the hell IP ownership means cause everyone thinks S-E somehow owns a percent in the series which isn't true.

They own part in the KH games they've developed and published and only those games they have no claims to future games, which they most likely will cause they're still on good terms with Disney but if Disney ever got shafted by S-E, Disney can take the KH IP and go somewhere else with it.

Why does no one understand this?

Again get on topic Sephiroth357 cause it's derailing the thread and going so far away from nice civilized discussion and OP is against the rules, which will eventually get this topic locked.

So Sephiroth please tell us what is your ideas for KH with Wii Motion +? Would you be excited for it? Would you think it's a good change in the series?

The PS2 and PSP are still viable platforms in Japan, the PS3 isn't. I think even S-E sees the Wii as the only real choice for the next KH game.

I want No MoreHeroes 2 with Wii+ and Nuchuck to have something Similar, I wonder what Suda can come up with for the balance board. ^_^

Not a huge KH fan but the games are enjoyable, honestly I wouldnt mind either version as long as it did it well.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

The Official Huge Monster Hunter Thread:

The Hunt Begins 4/20/2010 =D

In B4 the yet another "were will KH3 end up thread" flame war...oh...wait... O_o

reading this topic from the beginning, i was thinking of a good reply that involvied talking about copyright ownerships and all... but maxwell did the greatest job out of it and I support all he said, Soriku is actually right about the ip ownership, and as soriku himself said without nomura it wouldn't be the same, so for the fans of the series (I'm actually not one... yet! hehe if they did choose to port 1 and 2 to wii I might give them a chance as I dont own a PS2), so for the fans of the series ist is a real good thing Square Enix is in good terms with Disney...

And as some othe poster said maybe they would LET SE publish the game where they wanted (even if SE doesnt own squat of the IP) just because realtions are good, they talk about the project and square has a say in those talks, the decision is Disney's though, if they cared for the console they wanted the game to go, they could take it to some other developer and do it... (and for those who say only Nomura knows how the game ends.... let me tell you something... there are thousands of good writers that could take the story on the first games and write something for the next ones... It wouldnt be the sames as nomura's vision, but it might turn even better, or way worse or in between... It's actually not a good thing to speculate into that as they are in good terms).

That Said, I think the game would work wonderfully with the wiimote, but I think Wii motion + would not be necessary as the best implementation would be something like No more heroes where attacks are mapped to A and the position of the wii mote affected the attack... I think Wii motion plus not being a pack in with every controller would limit the audience of the game if it only utilized that... I guess the best for the game would be wii NMH controls and an alternate control method with the classic of gamecube controller for those who prefer that. Even Wiimote in horizontal form for those cheap people who wont buy a classic controller hehe.

And before all of you guys start to attack me, I don't mind the game being on PS3and I think that's very likely, I just think the argument that SE has the legal say in the matter is laughable.

also I think it's very hypocritical of some people to bash wiimote controls and then saying it could work with motion sixaxis functionality better... go figure... that just shows how big of a sony fanboy they are... Also the guy who said he lost faith in SE because they made FFXIII multiplat, I hink they did a great thing, maximizing the possible audience with both HD consoles... and doing that same thing with KHIII wouldnt be bad at all (even if I'm a wii owner) I could easily see the game going HD multiplat

Oh just would like to add, Disney 100% supports Blu-Ray Disc, im fairly certain they did from the very begin'n. so take that as you will. :D

KH3 to PS3.

Soriku has no idea what he's talking about.

Err...

I noticed I forgot the j/k at the end.

I think everyone got the fact that I was joking right?

For the record, I don't care where the freaking game goes, I just like watching all these threads with Soriku sayiing the same thing over and over again.

Why the **** wouldn't Nomura make KH3 if it's on the Wii?

@Beja

I bought a Wii because of speculation? O_o lol wat. I didn't realize there was a KH3 on Wii rumor until months after I got a Wii -_- Who buys a console because of speculation from a blogger again? Right, nobody. Don't make false assumptions. I bought it for Nintendo games, some TP games, and because the PS3 was $600.

Also, if for whatever dumb reason it's announced for the PS3, plenty of people said they'd set up a "Get Soriku a PS3" fund :) Either way I win.

Why would it be a dumb reason to annouce it for the ps3?Because you don't like it that way? Then it is also dumb that Nomura is making Final Fantasy Versus XIII a ps3 exclusive,he should make it multiplatform so square can get more money.Anyway do you seriously believe that random internet strangers will spent $600 just so you can play a game? You should ask your parents for a ps3 I don't think that would be too hard since instead of any kind of present on your birthday or chrismas you get a ps3.Afteall you said that your parents can afford it so I don't see where is the problem.

WM+ would be very very very cool with it.

And as for where the game goes, how long do people really think SE is going to ignore 47.1% of the market? and almost 70% of the japanese market with no major games?

Wow. This grew fast while I was gone. Glad I missed it.

I love how Sony fanboys try to spin that Nomura/SE somehow 'hate' the Wii without any evidence.

And i love how nintendo fanboys "think" KH3 will end up on the wii with such vigor, when infact the only home console this gen (as much as i hate to admit it) getting JRPG's that are "DECENT" is the Xbox 360.Normaly i'd say PS3 has the best chance, but look what happend to SO4.

So even though im a PS3 owner i have to be honest and say the 360 has the best chance then the PS3 THEN a Multiplat of the two HD consoles and even then the DS and the PSP has a greater chance then the wii. and NO theres no need for you nintendo fanboys to explain your logic.

I really think the opinion's of you 13 year old N-Fb's are 100% biased to your console, get real and smell the crimson roses, its your opinions but dont be to hard on your-selves if it goes to one or both of the HD consoles because crying of something like that would be just childish. And Truth be told why even talk about a KH3 when the main team behind it is already working on KH spin-offs plus Final Fantasy Versus XIII (Which is a game that will be basicly like a KH game minus the Disney characters and in HD also its a World-Wide PS3 Exclusive go figure eh?) Point across relax its just games.(Waits to be flamed)
