I don't know if it'll only be a port if this is the game Capcom was talking about. I mean, they said a "surprising take on a next gen favorite." A port doesn't seem like a very surprising take.

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

 

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

 

E3 2010- Tape runs out

Why sigh? This is Capcoms best original IP since DMC.
It would have scored in the low 90's on GR if it weren't for the terrible save system.

One of my favourite games this gen.

Can't wait to dismember zombies with the Wii remote.

I did too, but this is excellent news. Also I think there will eventually be more RE games on the wii.

I'll take Dead Rising over RE. I have played RE4 over 13 times on the GameCube and never could afford a 360 to play this. Day one baby.

me too, i guess ill get an HD console for RE, but i always wanted to play dead rising too

 

plus i think capcom will make another RE (rail shooter)
