Forums - Nintendo - Your thoughts on Nintendo's four new games?

Can someone tell me what is in Animal Crossing besides designing a house and walking around with friends? That sounds like Sony's Home with a camera-less Playstation Eye. What else does it do?

Also, can someone explain to me how that voice chat won't pick up noise from the TV?

I'm surprised people aren't more interested in Wii Music (besides Zucas). I don't even think it's a game, but perhaps there is more to reveal later...right now, I don't know why anyone would get that junk over Guitar Hero 4 or Rock Band.

Pokemon...no.

That motion controller add-on is interesting because I don't know why they can't release it sooner and, unlike Wii Fit last year, they didn't have any third parties lined up to use the it...or at least tell us that developers will use it. So far only Wii Music, RRR3, and Wii Ski use the board, right? Perhaps a few others? But who is going to use that motion controller? Also, since Nintendo doesn't do patches, I don't think it will make old games better.

The only thing in Wii music that I liked was the drum kit, some how I get the feeling that there is more to Wii music then what he told us...I'm finding it hard to accept there is no game involved at all - Awaiting more info before I decide on this one.

Wii Sports Resort - Looks good, assume there are many more games then what was shown, Wii Motion Plus should be really great. I hope Clone Wars will have it as an option.

Pokemon - Never played one. Never will

Animal Crossing? well voice chat is interesting at least.

Snow boarding using the Wii board was the most interesting thing shown.

Wii Music: Meh, not interested in it at all.

Wii Sports Resort: Yeah, looked sweet, the swordfighting should be good, curious to find out what other activities will be in there.

The Pokémon thing: Err, what? No thank you very much, I gave up on my Pokémans years ago.

Animal Crossing: Hmm, looks alright, I enjoyed the previous versions, hope this'll give you more options and things to do.

Wii Music: it didn't look too fun when they showed up. I'm hoping it's one of those games you have to actually play to understand, but my chances of doing so have decreased.

Pokemon Ranger: I haven't played the series in a long time, so I have no idea.

Wii Sports Resort: Yes. Hell yes. 1:1 controls and sword fighting two of the reasons I bought a Wii in the first place. Add in the other stuff, and I think I'll walk away pleased.

Animal Crossing: I'm interested, but to be honest it was the Wii Speak that intrigues me more.

AC is the only one the interstest me.

Animal Crossing is the best game series there is to just play and relax. I can't wait for that, especially the online elements!

Also, the fencing in Wii Sports

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

i am interested in wii sports resort because of 1:1, Animal crossing is a maybe, its not type of game i would like but i might give it chance, i don't care about the rest

Wii/Mario Kart Wii Code:2793-0686-5434

1. Wii Music- Not interested...

2. Wii Sports Resort w/Wii Motion Plus- Depends on the price. No way in hell I'm paying more than $30 for this, though i'll probably get it eventually.

3. Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia- No.

4. Animal Crossing: City Folks- Never really a fan.

Wii Music--don't care.
Wii Sports with MotionPlus--will get it just for the peripheral.
Pokemon--never cared, never will.
Animal Crossing--looks good, needs improvement, hope it's as big as they say.

But E3 isn't over yet and there are a bunch of other games, from Nintendo and the 3rd party devs, yet to be announced.

Wii Music - not a game, doesn't deserve its sales counting
wii sports resort - could be good if the activities weren't so lame, frisbee, come on!
pokemon - ffs
animal crossing - gc version with a city
