 i agree, it almos has all the features now with dedicated servers. psn store is better than live marketplace and psn video store is better than live marketplace video store.

and once home is out, i see no reason on using live. heck i havent even pulled my 20meter ethernet cable out in a while to hook up to the back of the 360, im not shelling out an extra £69.99 on a dongle and certainly not shelling out an extra $40 a year just to play online.

this will be a great year for gaming with some stunning titles coming out on psn and bluray.

What PS3 announcements put PSN on par with XBL?  Seriously, are you kidding me?

Everything is soon?  Let me no when it happens, these things exist on XBL, you are still waiting so again, how is the PS3 on par with XBL?

Lastly, dedicated servers have nothing to do with PSN or XBL and everything to do with the publisher/developer.  Frontlines has dedicated servers while COD4 doesn't on both the PS3 and 360.  If the developers want to front the money they can, it has nothing to do with Sony or MS.

Get your facts straight.

But both Sony and MS have gotten the piss taken out of them back and forth this generation, so what are people so proud of?  Sony could shit in your mouth, call it PS4 and you'd line up for seconds

I just got home.

There is no such thing as winning second, you can finish second which i really dont care anymore? but what did Sony announced to entitle them 2nd place.

I agree mostly with the OP. MS's show sucked, right up until FF-XIII. There bomb shell was that you could do on the 360 what you can do on the PS3 (kind of odd for the big bomb).

PS3 showed 256 player online, R2 (that looks far better then Gears 2), LPB, and many other things that show why you would want a PS3 over a 360.

I think showing where you are better, is far better then showing where you are the same.
