1) lol, don't be a fool, Live is a tiny bit ahead of PSN and it cost over $60 a year.

3) lol, Gears2 looks so similar to gears1 its embarrasing, so many PS3 games blow it away.

6) lol again, maybe you should watch the conference, Sony showed so many games coming out this year.

8) Name them, the only 1 i remember is the MAG with its 256 online mode, i guess you must be upset the best the 360 has is the gears2 showing with 5 player battle mode against bots

@ 9&10, LoL, your fanboy vision is confusing you.

I knew alot of sony fans would be like ub bu bu bu the cell. LOL Fable 2 was amazing graphically as well, but i huess because the art style isnt for realism you will try and say it's nowhere near. Did you see the lighting coming through the trees? And Gears 2 like 1?. hahahahahaha. Where in the hell did yu see detailed environments like that in Gears 1. Damage control is here at the max on VGchartz.

     From ALL THREE perspectives MS won...hands down.  As a GAMER....MS had the best showing.  I liked Sony's but since the topic is the best showing....it has to go to MS.  Nintendo's was a joke.  90% of the people on the hundreds of threads now spawning on this site alone regarding the showings say the MS had the best.  Lets just all get over it and enjoy the awesomeness that the Holiday 2008-2009 will be for all Gamers!!!

@Menago, if I had to say a reason why Sony would be considered the "winner" is that they showed off the most "stuff" for multiple platforms, had some surprises some of us actually care about, had probably the most creative presentation of the bunch, showed current games, and future games. Don't get me wrong here, they all sucked, but who's 90 minutes could I stomach the most. The answers obvious.

The "winner" so to say, sure as shit didn't win much this year. But at least I wouldn't minimize they're presentation out of shame :P

@The Truth Hurts. _> "Channels" "Avatars" "1 vs. 100"... a whole bunch of commercials showing people gathering around a TV to play some generic rip-off of a casual idea that's been seen and done before? Right... count me out.

If this is your idea of a "Hands down victory!!!!" Then you my friend are quite lucky! Your standards are abysmally low.

 They showed off a lot....a lot of rubbish

A GOW3 trailer that lasted about 15 seconds...

Virtually all of their "in game footage" was FMV...including GOW3...

We all know that we're comparing PS3\360 here...Sony did not win in that department (the only area that anyone really cares about, or is up for battle)

wow 5$ for one month... you're really poor. And it's not a "tiny bit" ahead. It is ahead.

The level in that movie looked better than everything in the first GEoW. If they keep up the good work I can easily see 95% on Gamerankings and 7 million lifetime sales.

MS had some playable stuff and is for me winner of E3. (Even though Sony showed more games)

@Burgles, at least they showed "more". Who cares if it was FMV or not? We know what's in the works, we can at least wonder. MS didn't show me anything >_>; 4 games we "already knew about hur hur" and a whole bunch of nifty ideas... which anyone watching an E3 press conference could give two shakes about. It was un-bearable to watch.

The Winner of this E3, is the person who didn't have to watch any of the presentations. Not Microsoft by a land-slide -_-

E3 was rubbish this year... I'd say no company has "won" E3. They all shown stuff I already knew about or didn't care at all. Only M$ made me shocked with FF13 being on 360...

MS only bombshell was final fantasy 13, fallout 3, Resident evil, Call of duty 5 is for PS3 too. Gears of War 2, halo wars, fable 2 was already been known.

I think all three performed not so well in this E3, as someone said before MS won a weak E3 all because of final fantasy 13, a supposed staple exclusive for Playstation.

Im more shocked by these super hot reviews of the Sony press conference. It was even more of a board meeting than Nintendos and the only one that spent 20 mins on their previous gen console, had the longest intro by far (25 mins) and spent the longest time on footage already shown previously. Most of the main surprises werent even on PS3 itself.

OK in the end, I think we all need to calm down, including me and stop shit-storming.

Think about your console and whether you are happy with your line up and future games. Thats all. As a 360 only owner, I was very happy before E3. Now after E3, I can safely say I can stick with my console for a long long time more and am over the moon for the obvious reasons.
