Forums - Nintendo - Rate Nintendo's E3 Presentation

I would rate it a C.

Only thing that interests me is Wii Motion Plus and Animal Crossing.

No new core games announced for the Wii.

Meh.

I was like where is Reggie! Yeah I was dissapointed with it only AC made me happy...

Former something....

C. I'm biased as lot of that stuff just isn't up my alley, but they seemed pretty complacent. Then again, they haven't really any reason to worry. IT PRINTS MONEY!!!!1111!!

Yea AC and GTA DS saved it from failing for me. I expected at least an announcement of a harddrive/Kid Icarus/Pikmin 3, but a solve for voice chat is pretty decent.

I noticed that she kept interrupting the man who had the Wii controller in his had when they were talking about Wii Sports.

D.

Nothing very interesting other than AC, which I saw coming a mile away.

And you expected announcements of tons of new game announcements from a company that only announces their titles a few months in advance... why? I think this is just a case of people getting far too hyped off of Internet rumors. Thus why everyone's going "NO KID ICARUS NO PUNCH OUT SKREW U NINTENDO :( :( :( " in unison.

Anyway, I give it a 7/10.

+GTA DS

+Animal Crossing Wii online and out by the holidays

+Wii Sports 2 and 1:1 motion enhancement bundled together

+Call of Duty: World At War actually looking really good

+Microphone attachment

-No storage solution

-No first-party core games

-That Wii Music thing was hilarious

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
