Dualshock 3. I used to love the XBox360 controller, but the Dualshock 3 has a slight edge over it. I actually like the Dualshock 3 analog sticks better after getting used to them (slightly wider range of motion), and the d-pad is actually usable (try playing Mortal Kombat with the XBox360 controller). Although the XBox360 controller gets points for comfort, and the triggers.
I like Sony's recent controller. At all i bought the new DS3, but i sort of dislike the extra weight, i went to my old sixaxis.

Sixaxis. I don't care about rumble (I actually turned it off most of the time last gen) and I love how light it is. I can play for as long as I want and my hands never get cramped or tired.
