It's the most high tech (Cell processor, Blu-ray, HDMI 1.3) with the highest price, which is not casual friendly.

360 Easily.

They have the hardcore wrapped up already, that's why they are going after the casuals now. Sony have neither, that's why they are spreading their games out (KZ2, R2, Socom, LBP, Buzz, Singstar).

Oh and Wii is the most hardcore. I play Mario Kart 23 hours a day.

Reason
Because of the latest poll showing the target age groups for each console.. any console that skews 40+ is not a hardcore console..

The gamers that play the Wii are the same way, they are so hardcore about gaming that all that matters is the games. They care more about content than graphics, sound, and whatever format or disc the game will be played on. They dont limit themselves, and therefore, they can play anything.

I wouldnt be surprised if the most experienced gamers, are on the Wii. And as well, I wouldnt be surprised if more people who had multiple consoles, had a Wii as one of their choices.

Real men wear pink. Real gamers play Animal Crossing.

Real men wear purple. Real gamers play Animal Crossing whilst being excited for the release of Captain Rainbow.
