Oh God. I just went on youtube and searched up Ni-oh. Im certain that it's Ni-Oh. It is OBVIOUSLY developed by Japanese developers, this is, iirc, the ONLY footage shown for this game, and im pretty sure everybody has forgotten bout this game....GOD plz let it not be Ni-Oh, this looks like its gonna be Crapfest 09 (if it is). Could be y SSJ12, hasn't said anything in so long.

OH THANK GOD SSJ12. I don't even care if u tell us wat it is or if one of us guesses correct, knowing that the big game wit the amazing graphics and all that is not wasted on such a game is enough.

Fifth Phantom Saga qualifies as a Japanese game we haven't heard about in years, but I think that is an Action FPS.
Ni-Oh was a separate game, but there are semi-confirmed reports that was cancelled in 2007.
