there is no reason for anyone to sell their ps3 just because a game that was exclusive went multiplat. Not like M$ got FF13 exclusive. Also PS3 the cheapest bluray player out there and my PS3 is a 60 gig. I would never sell my PS3

Because if you own both, and this is the only game that you really ccared about on one of the two then 200-300 for selling would buy you a bunch of used games for the one you keep.  Not everyone is a wealthy game developer like you Twest.

Why would you sell your console on the assumption that you won't still want it after an announcement like this? Wait until FFXIII ACTUALLY comes out first before you make your final decision, it could seriously backfire on you.

No, I bought my ps3 for much more things than FFXIII(even though it was one of the main reasons).

I'd sell my PS3, but everytime I put my Metal Gear Solid Disc into my XBox, I get a disc read error....

Hell no. You would have to desparte and dumb to do so.

People, Sony's conference can still be good (doubt as good as MS). But gosh, this meltdown is absolutely terrible.
