I picked this up used today for about $12 using the 25% off coupon (plus edge discount).  It is great, mindless co-op fun.  It's a hack and slash RPG with lots of hack and little rpg.  It's great fun for two, though, if you are looking for cheap, two-player local co-op.  Don't go into it expecting a story or deep RPG elements... 



I hate trolls.

I wasn't aware the game had co-op.

I saw it recently for quite cheap at a local game store. Might be worth giving it a shot.

I'm not a huge RPG fan, but I've played a few Dynasty Warriors games in the past. So I know a lot about hacking and slashing.

I bought the game for cheap too and was expecting it to be shit, and it was far worse then i expected. To me the game is not worth playing and any price over free is too much. After i sold the game it only cost me $3 and i felt ripped off.

But to each their own, but i like the Dynasty Warrior games, so my opinion might not mean much

Wow...that's a scathing review.

What's so terrible about it...Is it just the controls? Or do the problems stem deeper?

I've just been recently looking for a decent co-op game (for cheap) for the PS3.

I might go with Army Of Two instead.

Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors: Shallow Story, Shallow RPG elements, Shallow Combat. This game is the same but a bit more bloody and the graphics are cooler than the dynasty warriors/samurai warriors games.

The game is not terrible. It is shallow. If you like shallow hack-n-slash with just a touch of RPG elements (those elements really are limited to weapons, spells, and armor) then you have come to the right game.

I guess one man's trash is another's treasure. We are sitting here in the living room playing it, drinking beer, and enjoying the hell out of a $12 game.

The same could be said for Dynasty Warriors.

However the awesome music, and hilarious voice-acting more than made up for it.

I'll probably give the game a rent, to see how terrible it really is.
