GTAIV maybe overhyped though I didn't play much of it but MGS4 is awesome, not necessarily a 10, but still awesome

i don't think the problem its how much they pay for voice acting.
they get great japanese voice actors.

like pretty other jap series (as a example naruto) american voice acting simply sucks!

to get a decent voice acting they have to pay like a hollywood star to do the job... if not its worthless.
