I disagree with the use of that term. Also: well done, senseinobaka and WoW -- although I would disagree with your insertion of a colon into the tenth question.

You may disagree but you would be incorrect.

The usage of the colon in the 10th sentence is proper usage of the colon's syntactical descriptive function.  ^_^

Take my official quiz!!

1. You correct other people's grammar at random.  Definitely.

2. You use or have used the Grammar Hammar.  Oh yes.

3. You spell "Grammar Hammar" as shown.  Is there another way?

4. You go out of your way to edit a post that you have bad grammar or spelling on.  I cannot accept mistakes in my own posts...it doesn't take long at all to proofread.

5. You love or loved English class.  Not only English, but grammar specifically was my favorite section, no joke.

6. You point out or have pointed out when a word is misspelled on anything.  I was worried you were going to spell it "mispelled."

7. If you have ever won a spelling bee as a kid.  No...I got the highest score in my elementary school for the spelling bee, but against the other grade schools, I did not win :(

8. You refuse or have refused to post on a thread because the author had horrendous grammar.  If its a lolzbbqwut post, probably.

9. If you refuse to do anything involving bad grammar.  Bad grammar, stay away!

10. If you refuse to use LOL, LMAO, IMO, etc.  ...I've used lol a couple times...I tend to say "hehe" instead.

If you apply to at least 5 of these, you are a GRAMMAR NAZI.  I'm gonna call that  a 9/10.

I use some typical slang like "gonna" and contractions, and I throw elipses into a lot of internet chat; but overall, I'm very particular about grammar.  It's really not that hard to learn.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Oh, I wasn't saying you were wrong to do it; but neither do I think that Rock_on_2008 was wrong to NOT do it, and I try to leave things alone when they are matters of stylistic opinion rather than rule.

Ah okies.  Sorry for misinterpreting you then.  ^_^

Nope for me.

But I have refused to post on horrendous threads. Such as the infamous wall o text that some people do when they absolutely refuse to use the enter key. Man that is just annoying.

2/10 for me

What about the people who use mobile browsers where it turns their post into a wall of text?

I am at least 7 of those. I don't know what a "Grammar Hammar" is. I do know what a Grammar Hammer is though
