Looks good, hopefully it'll turn out good.

"The sound design in this level is premature" - dude in video
Maybe they should of added subtitles to the video for you??

Looks excellent... the upgrade thing with showdown town is what I was hoping they would do.
Very nice only thing that I did not like was the guys voice...
Former something....
Glad to see that at least the character "voices" and sound effects have remained intact after all these years... too band the Banjo and Kazooie character models still look like @$$.
Basically, it looks like Rare has turned Banjo-Kazooie into Grand Theft Banjo... the whole demo they showed off in the video is basically "drive from point A to point B, collect item, bring said item back to point A to open said door or trigger said event." Funny that the one gameplay mechanic that they DID keep intact from their pevious platformers is one that fans have complained most about, and that's all the wanton item collecting / scavenger hunting. Hopefully the vehicle gameplay is solid and there's alot more combat action in the game to break things up.
Still on the other side of the fence looking over at this one, maybe if I like what I see at E3 I'll actually get up on the fence but I ain't holding my breath.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
Check out the other thread about Banjo. Seems like they let slip in a video about the new motion controller.
Yeah. I noticed that it said "twist the controller" and made other references to a new controller.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
In the video when the commentator was moving the crane, he said 'shake the controller' in order to make something fall from a box held by the crane.
Now its all up in the air whether he meant the 360 controller which all but confirms that a new controller will be released with at least a shake sensor, or all he meant was shaking the crane controller with some analog stick.
Cant wait to find out next week.
