Good thought. But do you think that the 360 sales might stay level, while the others drop? Or at least, will the 360 have the lost drop, percentage-wise?

^^Epic first post, but one-word posts aren't allowed.
As long as people know they can get a console cheaper (Wii) they will buy it over a more expensive one.
Maybe nintendo will send in a larger Wii shipment too.

First week should see a considerable increase.
You have people that have discovered via leaks that price drop is happening so they hold off on purchases.
You have people that have believe that MS is due for a price reduction and have held off period until price reduction occurs.
Natually the sub $300 price point gets beyond one psychological barrier.
After first week 360 should get a 10-20% bump going forward.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

If they do, do a price drop, then yes I see the sales going up. It is heading into the Fall and with a 50 dollar price drop they would benefit from it. I think it would sell more than the PS3 for a while, but I don't think it would go ahead of the Wii.
