Just downloaded... the "Level 1, 0 Trophies" kinda really depresses me.

 

so.... what games support trophies? and how will I find out the list of them? Do I just blinly play my games until one of them pops up or will I be given a 'task'???

Super Stardust HD is the only game that supports trophies at the moment. Some people and sites are maintaining lists of games that support, and will support trophies in the future.

yeaaah, not buying a game just for trophies. What happened to Burnout?

I can't say it's not a disappointment to see a launch of a service with absolutely no support. It's like giving you free-online browser but restrict you to one website.

uncharted & burnout paradise will also get it very soon.


the only game that will award you for your past progress is burnout paradise,,,which means the day that the patch is released for it it checks your save files and will award you right away,,,,so get burn out and start playing,,,the game is easily 9.5/10 and I m not a fan of racing games,,,but it is so much fun

A Burnout trophy patch is apparently coming sometime this month.

I think they should have waited until they had at least 5 or 10 games that support trophies before incorporating this feature into the firmware.

i heard that Uncharted & other old game will have Trophies too.

No need to wait if the feature was finished and ready to go. Support is lacking at the moment but it will soon begin to flow in espeically now that's it out there and users will want to take advantage of it.



Dogs Rule on 08 July 2008

The Burnout Cagney update is launching on the 10th of July. Presumably, it will include trophies. Backward compatible trophies too, by analyzing your save file. :)

@Dogs Rule - the Cagney update will NOT include trophy support. A later update (properly at the end of the month) will add trophy support.

The problem is that, from what they've mentioned so far, support is trickling in, not flowing in. They've mentioned only about a dozen titles so far, and half of them aren't going to be out until the fall. This means that for the first few months we may see only one or two titles gain trophy support each month. People are going to lose interest in trophies if there's little to no support for them.
