I'd be more then happy for it to be on the PS3, few reasons, graphics for one, waving my arm controls I think would not suit this game (no matter how much people think it'll simulate the Key Blade movement, in a single battle i can press the 'X' button so many times it gets stupid, waving my arm that much would be stupid). And because if it comes out on the Wii, it means I'll have to buy one for a single game and I said to myself I'd never waste my money like that again after buying GC with Wind Waker.

Same reason I'll never play Star Ocean unless they bring it out on PS3 or 360 gets a few more then just that, that interests me. But then after SO announcement, I wouldn't surprise me if MS rolled in with much-cash.

Kingdom Hearts 3 makes much more sense, from a business perspective, on the Wii, unless Sony ponies up the cash for it.  The demographic suits it better, Disney and Nintendo share entertainment philosophies, Square is looking to make up with the big N big-time, AND they could *GASP* ALLOW you to use a button on the Wii-mote to swing if you so choose!  So... what?

I meant for special attacks. It's more convient then pressing a non "home button" like a home key... a button where your finger is't naturally at. Like triangle for example on a PS pad.

Also... everything else you said... I already said.  I'm talking from a player persepective.

I want it to go to PS3 as well. The wii adds absolutely nothing to KH, I can't see many useful applications of the wii-mote other than for keyblade swinging that couldn't be done on another action game.

By the way okeydokey, if you wanted a fair comparison with the screen shots, you should have used one from the first cutscene in Kingdom Hearts 2 re-capping what happened so far. Because I'm pretty sure donald and goofy maintained their "disney-ness" despite being rendered to be more detailed. Using the 3 human characters isn't exactly fair because they're bound to be more realistic then a cartoon dog and duck.

My reason for wanting KH3 to be on the PS3 is that of the 2 consoles people are most going for (Wii and PS3), I think the PS3 has more to offer and who said the most powerful console has to push the most texture filled and realistic graphics, did we forget about Wind Waker already?

Kingdom of hearts was an amazing game but I'm unsure as to why it cant just be released a multi platform title. Nor do i see any reason why Square Enix would not release a 360 version of the game. After all, the 360 has got the 2nd largest user base and the PS3 is last at the moment.

If KH was a PS3 exclusive and not had a shared audience with the ps2 and xbox, there would have been more of a chance for it to be a ps3 exclusive.

if anyone will get exclusivity, i would say its the wii for one reason only, it has the largest user base and IP's dont need a lot of time being spent to design top end graphics.

Either way, I am looking forward to this game. Can't wait!

@Kasz: Sorry, except for the first sentence, I was pretty much talking to everybody.  I just CANNOT STAND the term 'waggle'--it's so degrading.  It's worse than 'GRAFFIX' in my opinion.

Does anyone actually WANT Wii motion controls for KH3 at the expense of graphics for any reason other than the fact they only own a Wii?

I have all three systems, tyvm.  I still want the motion controls.

MAny people in this thread have claimed a PS3 or 360 KH3 wouldn't be cartoony and would be more FF-like in its appearence.

All you need to do is look at the actual CARTOONS the series is based on to know this doesn't have to be the case.

not for a KH game. I rather it be traditional controls with high end graphics. They should make the graphics like a top end cartoon or have graphics like the new prince of persia game. That would be awesome.
