2- MGS4
3- Ratchet & Clank
4- GT5
5- resistance 1 & 2

i didnt mintion killzone 2 cuz its still not clear how the game will perform... i will not rely on a CG movie to take a Decision about the game.

i definitely bought my ps3 for final fantasy xiii first and foremost
then theres
final fantasy xiii vs, gt5, mgs4, tekken6, next team ico game, gow3 and probably white knight story.

The only game that would make me buy a PS3 is Kingdom Hearts 3. If Sony can get that exclusive then il buy

The next Team ICO game could very well do it for me.

I bought mine for games such as Uncharted, FF XIII, MGS4, God of War 3, Killzone2, SOCOM, and a hopeful new Sly Cooper and Dark Cloud along with other first and second party IPs.

I bought my PS3 in May '07 with Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2, and Blu-ray movies in mind.

So far, MGS 4 was everything I was hoping it would be... best console game I've ever played, by a long shot. I seriously loved everything about it. Blu-ray movies, once I got an HDTV, were also everything I was hoping for and I'm in the process of moving my library over to BD. Here's hoping Killzone 2 makes for a trifecta.

maybe LBP....

Valkrie of the Battlefield will likely assure i buy it. Though admittidly it hasn't got me to buy it just yet as i'm waiting for a solid second game to get me to "go all the way."

There is Prototype, but that's PC only.
Imfamous... but that looks worse then Prototype.
LBP was that game... but the lack of enemies makes it no different then any other platformer maker before it... as that's the only hard part and thing not done well in other platformer makers.

As such, it either needs a 2nd must buy or cut it's price in half for me to justify it. Movies being in high def just don't alter my enjoyment at all from regular DVD.

Almost bought one yesterday... couldn't come up with that second must buy... maybe when the PS3 Super Robot Wars game comes out. Though having to import is annoying to me... it may take a domestic must have.

I'd still get Robot Wars right away.  Just effects my consumer purchasing behavior.
