Forums - Gaming - A Link to the Past is so damn brilliant!

It is the best Zelda ever. Try the original Zelda also, it aged very well.

After Link to the Past will be either Phantom Hourglass or Twilight Princess, as I have both. However I may want to play Windwaker before Hourglass.

Would it be a big deal if I played windwaker and hourglass out of sequence? Or are they the two zelda games that actually really make sense as two games to play in the proper order.

Well, there's the intro video that kinda spoils the big plot twist of Wind Waker, right at the beginning of Phantom Hourglass. Just play Wind Waker first if you want the full experience with Cell Shaded Link! =P

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

The only game that doesn't fit is II:Adventures. But even that games is brilliant in its own right.

Link to the Past is one of the best in the series, IMO. Probably OoT, LttP, WW, TP for me.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

You are playing the greatest game of all time!!! I am glad you are enjoying it. I would suggest you play Windwaker before PH. If you play them out of order it won't really make a difference but it is always good to play games in order if possible.

It's the best Zelda, edging out Majora's Mask, which makes it one of the best games ever. Good luck with the forest dungeon: it's not hard, but it's different from the others in that you'll need to come out once in a while. Oh, and Master Hand will annoy you to no end.

Enjoy!

i also love it,im playing it now,im stuck at a dungeon though

tag:"reviews only matter for the real hardcore gamer"

Well Hourglass starts right after Windwaker..Hourglass is kinda sequel. It tells more on Link´s journeys with a certain Pirate..

A link to the past was massive game back in SNES..I loved game then and i love the game now. It showed many elements that are used other Zeldas.
Masterpiece

Best Zelda game every produced, I'm glad to hear it's holding up well for more recent Zelda fans.

Play The Wind Waker once you finish ALttP. PH sort of totally spoils TWW's great plot.

Also, there's the fact that TWW is a far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far better game then PH.

As for ALttP, it's good, but far too hard for me...:/ I'm currently at the part where I am trying to get through Hyrule Castle to Agahnim and I've died 20 times or so. ALttP is probably one of my least favorite Zelda's overall, honestly.

Top 3 favorite games: Super Mario Galaxy, The Sims 2 (PC), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
