A monkey with really accurate thumbs. Really being an animal would suck... but assuming I could keep my brain i'd be able to do almost anything a human could and people would expect nothing from me, so I could play videogames and eat bannana's all day.

Not as good asa regular life... but could be worse.

I would say dog because those that have a good human, generally have a great life. On the other hand there is a non-negligible proportion that have an awful life of neglect and violence.

I guess I'd say a black bear. They are omnivores, so I wouldn't have to kill something at each meal to survive.
